Payment

We accept Direct Deposit (preferred), Paypal, Cheque and Moneyorder. Please send cheques and moneyorder to:

Dispatch

Mandy Mac will dispatch goods within two working days of payment being received. If goods are not in stock we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an ETA. We use registered mail or couriers for larger items and Express Post packs for small items.

Guaranteed workmanship

We guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will either:
1.Repair the goods;
2.Replace the goods.

Refunds

Refunds may be given for returns of unwashed, unused items in original condition and returned within 28 days of purchase. Because of the nature of the goods we cannot refund goods that have been washed or worn.

Layby

Minimum requirements:
· Layby orders will be accepted for products valued above $150 AUD.
· The Customer is deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

Payment:
· A minimum deposit of 10% is required at the time of placing the order.
· The full amount should be paid within 3 months.
· The Customer should use the same method of payment for each installment.
· Flexible installments mean that the Customer can pay as much off the layby and as frequently as desired.

Cancellation:
· Any cancellations of a Layby order will incur a 10% fee of the the item price.

Delivery:
· The Customer's order will be delivered once the total balance been paid
